They include helper T-cells which are especially important because they control the secretion of immune factors called cytokines which modulate and balance the immune function. There are two types of helpers: Helper1 and helper2 cells. The key to maintaining good health, is to keep the two types of helpers T-cells balanced, enhancing T-Helper1 while controlling T-Helper2.
